These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Archview Marketing, LLC’s website, services, and Systeme.io funnels. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Archview Marketing provides marketing services including but not limited to:

• Community postcards and shared direct mail

• EDDM campaigns

• Print marketing services

• Reputation management

• Digital advertising management

Service details, pricing, and timelines are defined in individual proposals or agreements.

Marketing results vary. Archview Marketing does not guarantee specific outcomes, lead volume, sales, or ROI.

• Payments are due as outlined in your agreement or invoice

• Printing and mailing costs are non-refundable once production begins

• Digital services may require minimum commitments

• Late payments may result in service suspension

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information and approvals in a timely manner

• Ensure marketing content complies with applicable laws

• Obtain any required permissions for offers, promotions, or messaging

All content created by Archview Marketing remains our intellectual property until full payment is received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Archview Marketing shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to service use.

We reserve the right to terminate services for violations of these Terms or non-payment.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance.
